The Training Has Begun

In order to be ready to pump out nearly 60 miles per day, for eight days in a row, and including one 100 mile day, training WILL be necessary. Fortunately for me, I love biking!

Workout Rotation #1

Monday: Gym – Legs
Tuesday: Run
Wednesday: Gym – Arms, Chest, & Back
Thursday: Bike – Hills
Friday: Run
Saturday: Rest (it’s Sabbath of course!)
Sunday: Bike – Long Distance at least 60 miles
